We just got back from a nice mini vacation with Michelle's family in Long Beach. It rained almost the whole time, but it was fun nevertheless.

With only 23 days until the baby is due, things are getting a little crazy around here. "Do we have what we need?", "Is everything packed in the hospital bag?", "It feels like we're missing something, what is it?", etc. I'm sure most new parents ask these same questions and it can feel overwhelming at times. But that's when we (mainly Michelle!) just needs to sit back and know that it will all fall into place and that God has it all under control. He's gotten us this far and won't abandon us, especially when we really need him at 2am in the morning! :) So, we're just waiting for the call and praying that the labor and delivery are a smooth, quick and easy process, with nothing but healthy mom and baby at the end of it all...

As for the little guy and his sister, apparently they are going home in May. Please pray that all goes well and that their mom will continue to choose the right things and make good decisions for herself and her children. We have loved every moment we've had with him and are here with open arms should something come up...
